It emerged as the clear winner in terms of wide-reaching distribution and brand recognition, surpassing all other competitors. But what really makes BYD proud is the reputation it has built over its nearly 30-year history. BYD outperforms others in terms of installer recommendations, boasting the highest number of promoters. BYD has managed to position itself at the top of the residential storage market in Europe.

Introducing Be Connect 2.0: BYD app for product management and connectivity

The latest version of the BYD app, Be Connect 2.0, has recently been launched on the Google Play Store. This app stands out for its user-friendly interface and notable enhancements in terms of performance and dependability. The updated version introduces several new features:

The ability to access real-time and historical data about the product;
It enables users to easily and quickly upload diagnosis information of the product to the BYD server;
The possibility to read the Service Guideline and visit the Battery-Box website directly from the app;
The opportunity to receive updates and notifications from BYD.

Currently, the app is available only for Android devices. However, it is expected to be made available for iOS devices in the near future.
