Huawei FusionSolar migrates to EnergyOrb Europe: what changes from 15 July 2026

Huawei FusionSolar enters a new phase. Huawei Digital Power has started migrating its monitoring platform to EnergyOrb Europe, the new European infrastructure managed by Energy Orb B.V. (EOBV).

The migration concerns the monitoring service only and does not affect the operation of photovoltaic systems, inverters or product warranty conditions.

Huawei FusionSolar: what changes with EnergyOrb Europe

From 15 July 2026, monitoring for Huawei photovoltaic systems will be progressively migrated to the new EnergyOrb Europe platform.

Users will be able to log in using the same FusionSolar credentials currently in use, with no need to create a new account.

Migration timeline

Huawei has scheduled a transition period until 15 November 2026.

  • 15 July 2026: EnergyOrb Europe platform becomes available.
  • 15 July – 15 November 2026: FusionSolar and EnergyOrb Europe will operate in parallel.
  • 16 November 2026: FusionSolar web portal and mobile application will be permanently discontinued.

Huawei FusionSolar: no impact on system operation

The migration does not affect:

  • photovoltaic system operation;
  • historical monitoring data;
  • existing system configurations;
  • Huawei product warranties.

If no action is taken by the user, Huawei will automatically transfer the account and monitoring data to ensure service continuity.

How to access the EnergyOrb Europe platform

Support for installers

VP Solar recommends that installers inform their customers about the migration and schedule the first login to the new platform during the transition period, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring of Huawei photovoltaic systems.
