The Sungrow PowerStack ST245CS-S-2H is a 249 kWh battery storage cabinet from the PowerStack DC-Coupled range, developed for integration with commercial and industrial photovoltaic systems.
The solution operates with the external Sungrow SH125CX 125 kW hybrid inverter, enabling coordinated management of solar PV generation and stored energy.
Scalability and Storage Configuration
The system supports up to 4 ST245CS-S-2H battery cabinets connected to a single SH125CX inverter, providing a total storage capacity of 996 kWh.
Its modular architecture allows storage durations from 2 to 8 hours, adapting the system to different energy consumption profiles.
For larger on-grid applications, up to 24 SH125CX hybrid inverters can be connected in parallel, subject to the manufacturer’s supported configurations.
Intelligent Energy Management
The system incorporates advanced Energy Management features to optimise solar self-consumption, manage peak demand and schedule battery charging and discharging cycles.
Four operating modes are available: Self-consumption, Time Plan, Forced Operation and AI Mode, depending on system configuration and compatibility.
Liquid Cooling and Safety
