The Sungrow SG125CX-P3 is a 125 kW three-phase string inverter designed for C&I photovoltaic systems, supporting a maximum recommended PV input power of 198 kWp. Its architecture, featuring 10 independent MPPTs and 2 string inputs per MPPT, enables flexible PV array management, including installations with different orientations or irradiation conditions.
The maximum input current of 40 A per MPPT enables compatibility with the latest generation of high-power, high-current PV modules. The MPPT operating voltage range is 180 to 1,000 V, with a maximum DC input voltage of 1,100 V.
The inverter achieves a maximum efficiency of 98.5% and incorporates the SG ECOOLING® forced-air cooling system, designed to provide effective thermal management even in demanding C&I applications.
In terms of safety, the SG125CX-P3 integrates AFCI 3.0+, intelligent string-level disconnection, DC reverse polarity protection, AC short-circuit protection and ground fault protection, as well as Type I+II SPDs on the DC side and Type II SPDs on the AC side.
String monitoring and insulation diagnostic functions help identify potential faults and simplify maintenance activities. System operation and monitoring can be managed via the Sungrow iSolarCloud platform.
The IP66 protection rating and C5 anti-corrosion rating make the Sungrow SG125CX-P3 suitable for outdoor installations and environments with demanding operating conditions.
