The GoodWe ESA Series single-phase is an All-in-One solution designed to generate, store and intelligently manage energy in residential photovoltaic systems.
It integrates a hybrid inverter, battery modules and UPS-level switching into a modular, pre-wired structure. This configuration reduces external connections, simplifies installation and allows the storage capacity to be expanded as energy consumption evolves.
The range includes 3, 3.6, 5, 6, 8 and 10 kW inverters, which can be combined with up to six LFP battery modules per stack for a total capacity of up to 48 kWh. The system also allows batteries of different capacities, whether new or already installed, to be combined.
The 1C charge and discharge rate enables the system to manage power peaks effectively. An input current of up to 20 A per string and PV oversizing up to 200% support compatibility with high-power modules and help maximise the use of solar energy.
The AI-driven EMS optimises generation, storage and consumption, while multi-protocol communication facilitates integration with smart home ecosystems.
In the event of a power cut, the backup function switches over in under 4 ms. LFP batteries, five-layer protection, cell- and module-level monitoring and an aerosol-based fire suppression system contribute to overall system safety.
The IP66 protection rating allows indoor and outdoor installation. An AC-coupled version is also available for retrofitting existing photovoltaic systems.
