3SUN is an Italian company and a leader in the production of high-efficiency photovoltaic modules. It is part of the Enel Green Power group.

3SUN: 3SHBGH-CC series
The 3SHBGH-CC series by 3SUN features bifacial dual-glass modules with a nominal power of 620 and 630 Wp.
The heterojunction (HJT) cell technology ensures lower module degradation and a very high bifaciality coefficient, reaching 90%. The low degradation of the cells is also reflected in the warranty: 15 years for manufacturing defects and 30 years for linear performance, with a guaranteed production of 86.4% in the thirtieth year.
The Pmax temperature coefficient is also extremely low: 0.26%/°C. This means the module loses very little production capacity as temperature increases.
Lastly, this product line features dual 2.0+2.0 mm glass with an anti-reflective coating on the front side.
