Organisation, management and control Model 231

VP Solar promotes a corporate culture based on the principles of legality, fairness, transparency and responsibility in the conduct of its business activities and in its relationships with employees, collaborators, partners and stakeholders.

Within this framework, VP Solar has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, approved by the Board of Directors, with the aim of strengthening its corporate governance system and preventing the risk of offences covered by the legislation.

The Model sets out principles, rules of conduct, procedures and control measures designed to ensure that the Company’s activities are managed in accordance with its established values and principles.

The document applies to corporate bodies and employees and, where applicable, to collaborators, consultants, suppliers and third parties acting on behalf of or in the interests of VP Solar.
