Fronius Tauro with power classes from 50 to 100 kW, thanks to the flexibility of configuration, reduces installation costs ensuring high system productivity, even in extreme environmental conditions.
This inverter is available for installation in unprotected outdoor environments and is suitable for any commercial and industrial system.

With its mechanical ventilation, this inverter is able to maintain high energy production even when exposed to direct sunlight.
The monitoring of the photovoltaic system is already included in the inverter’s delivery, any third-party components can be integrated thanks to the inverter’s open interfaces.
Maintenance can be done in the field by a single person, thus saving labor costs.
This inverter is offered in several versions:
- Standard version with 3 MPPT and wide DC voltage range
- ECO version with 1 MPPT and a reduced DC voltage range
Both versions are offered in the two variants:
- Direct (-D): up to 8 inputs for PV input
- Precombined (-P): only 1 input for PV input
