The Jinko Tiger Neo III 48QL6-DV – PV-JK03M is a monocrystalline N-type TOPCon dual-glass PV module, designed to deliver high power and efficiency in a compact format, making it particularly suitable for residential photovoltaic installations.
With module efficiency of up to 23.77%, it enables high installed power even where available roof space is limited.
N-type TOPCon technology and high efficiency
JinkoSolar’s N-type TOPCon platform, combined with an optimised cell layout, improves the module’s ability to utilise available solar irradiance.
The cell architecture is also designed to deliver strong performance under low-irradiance conditions, helping to maximise the PV system’s energy yield throughout the day.
The power temperature coefficient (Pmax -0.26%/°C) also helps to limit performance losses as module temperature increases.
Dual-glass construction and mechanical resistance
The Jinko Tiger Neo III 48QL6-DV features a dual-glass construction, with 2 mm anti-reflective coated front glass and 2 mm thermally strengthened rear glass.
This construction provides high mechanical resistance, with the module certified to withstand static loads of up to:
- 6000 Pa on the front side
- 4000 Pa on the rear side
These characteristics make the module suitable for installations exposed to demanding environmental conditions.
Resistance to degradation
The module’s metallisation technology and encapsulation are designed to enhance resistance to key degradation mechanisms, including PID, LID/LeTID and UV-induced degradation, helping to ensure stable performance over the long term.
