The SolarEdge ONE EV Charger<\/strong> is a smart electric vehicle charging solution designed to integrate with SolarEdge energy ecosystems in residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) applications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Available in the Standard EVN22B and Pro EVN22P<\/strong> versions, the charger delivers up to 22 kW<\/strong> of charging power and supports both single-phase and three-phase installations. Designed for native integration within the SolarEdge ecosystem, the solution coordinates solar PV generation, energy consumption and electric vehicle charging<\/strong>, helping to increase self-consumption and optimise energy costs.<\/p>\n

EV charging with surplus solar PV generation<\/h2>\n

One of the key features of the SolarEdge ONE EV Charger<\/strong> is its ability to prioritise available solar PV energy for vehicle charging.<\/p>\n

The PV surplus charging<\/strong> mode enables excess energy generated by the PV system to be used for EV charging, reducing reliance on electricity drawn from the grid.<\/p>\n

Automatic phase switching<\/strong> further helps optimise the use of available solar energy during charging.<\/p>\n

Smart charging, dynamic tariffs and load balancing<\/strong><\/p>\n

SolarEdge ONE EV Charger integrates smart energy management features that coordinate vehicle charging with the operating conditions of the electrical installation and the grid.<\/p>\n

Scheduling supports dynamic Time-of-Use (ToU) tariffs<\/strong>, enabling charging to be automatically planned during the most cost-effective time periods while prioritising surplus solar energy when available.<\/p>\n

Smart load balancing<\/strong> dynamically adjusts charging power to prevent grid import limits or the available capacity of the electrical infrastructure from being exceeded.<\/p>\n
