 
{"id":71650,"date":"2022-10-19T14:55:48","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T12:55:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vpsolar.com\/?p=71650"},"modified":"2022-10-19T15:07:56","modified_gmt":"2022-10-19T13:07:56","slug":"goodwe-awarded-as-the-best-asian-manufacturer-in-spi-2022-tests","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vpsolar.com\/en\/goodwe-awarded-as-the-best-asian-manufacturer-in-spi-2022-tests\/","title":{"rendered":"GoodWe awarded as the best Asian manufacturer in SPI 2022 tests"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>For the third year in a row GoodWe participated in tests at the University of Applied Sciences of Berlin (HTW) which assessed the System Performance Index (SPI) within the <a href=\"https:\/\/solar.htw-berlin.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/HTW-Energy-Storage-Inspection-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Electricity Storage Inspection 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The University of Berlin pooled data from 14 corporates by comparing 22 storage systems of inverters with power classes from 5 to 10kW. The System Performance Index (SPI) is an economic index stating how much the examinated storage system reduces electricity costs compared to an ideal one.<\/p>\n<p>The better the efficiency features, the higher saving costs.<\/p>\n<p>The hybrid inverters of \u00a0<strong>ET and EH series<\/strong> were part of assessment, \u00a0reaching a System Performance Index (SPI) of 93.4% and 91.2% each together with BYD batteries.<\/p>\n<h2>Second place to GoodWe 5000-EH and GoodWe 10k-ET<\/h2>\n<p>The exceptional efficiency of 5 kW <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vpsolar.com\/en\/goodwe-eh-hybrid-inverter-reliable-solution-for-every-residential-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EH inverter series<\/a><\/strong> granted the second place in the category of 5MWh \/ a consumption with 5kWp of photovoltaics.<\/p>\n<p>The 10kW version of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vpsolar.com\/en\/product\/goodwe-serie-et-inverter-ibrido-trifase-2-mppt-5-8-10-kw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ET series<\/strong><\/a> got second place in the standings only with 1.7 percentage points of difference compared to the first classified in the 10 MWh \/ y consumption category with electric car and heat pump.<\/p>\n<p>Besides GoodWe has recently launched the ET PLUS + version with better performance and it is compatible with the new high voltage battery of Lynx Home F series.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the carried out tests it is clear that with the GoodWe 5000-EH and 10k-ET hybrid inverters and the installation of a simple photovoltaic storage system, a homeowner will pay back the investment in 7 years only, in terms of CO2 emissions as well as
