intermediate step for 2030 to reduce climate-altering emissions by at least 55% (with reference to the base value of 1990), of here a series of measures called \u201cFit for 55\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Considering the reduction already achieved by Italy in recent years, the goal translates into a reduction in emissions to about 216 Mt\/year of CO2 equivalent and, given the prevalence of emissions in transport, mobility plays a key role.[vc_row equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221; content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;68565&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>The dictionary of pollutants in cities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SO2:<\/strong> sulfur dioxide<\/li>\n<li><strong>NOx:<\/strong> nitrogen oxides<\/li>\n<li><strong>NH3:<\/strong> ammonia<\/li>\n<li><strong>NMVOC:<\/strong> non-metallic volatile organic compounds<\/li>\n<li><strong>5:<\/strong> particulate matter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For each compound, a reduction target was assigned to reduce premature deaths caused by pollution.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Standards Regulations<\/h2>\n<p>The regulations on the <strong>Standards of combustion vehicles<\/strong> are becoming increasingly stringent for manufacturers and average limit levels of CO2 \/ km emissions are defined which are gradually reduced from year to year.<\/p>\n<p>As regards the use of renewable energy in transport, a contribution of at least <strong>14% was expected by 2030<\/strong>, but which is expected to increase up to
