This record is the fourth consecutive in this year reaching an efficiency of 25.4%.<\/p>\n<h2>Record on monocrystalline wafer made with the Czochralski method (Cz)<\/h2>\n<p>This record has been validated by the independent Japanese laboratory JET (Japan Electrical Safety and Environment Technology Laboratories).<\/p>\n<p>This new record was achieved on a monocrystalline wafer made with the Czochralski (Cz) method with particular precautions in the procedure used for the metallization, on the particular type of doping and diffusion and other proprietary technologies.<\/p>\n<h2>High
