{"id":59873,"date":"2021-02-25T10:13:31","date_gmt":"2021-02-25T09:13:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vpsolar.com\/?p=59873"},"modified":"2021-12-20T14:23:28","modified_gmt":"2021-12-20T13:23:28","slug":"collaboration-between-solaredge-and-fiat-for-the-supply-of-powertrains-and-batteries-for-the-new-electric-ducato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vpsolar.com\/en\/collaboration-between-solaredge-and-fiat-for-the-supply-of-powertrains-and-batteries-for-the-new-electric-ducato\/","title":{"rendered":"Collaboration between SolarEdge and Fiat for the supply of powertrains and batteries for the new electric Ducato"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>New partnership between SolarEdge and Fiat (Stellantis NV group) for the supply of powertrain and batteries for the Fiat E-Ducato commercial vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Fiat (Stellantis NV group) has chosen SolarEdge, the giant of the industry of technologically advanced photovoltaic components, and world leader in integrated systems, <strong>as a partner for the supply<\/strong> of the electrical systems of the new electric Ducato model.<\/p>\n<h2>SolarEdge and Fiat E-Ducato<\/h2>\n<p>The range of Fiat commercial vehicles expands and is tinged with \u201cgreen\u201d with the new 100% electric version of the Ducato.<\/p>\n<h2>Versions of the new E-Ducato available<\/h2>\n<p>The renewed model of the Ducato, a vehicle already highly appreciated for its dynamism and lightness, will be offered in a cab, van and passenger transport version with a maximum capacity of 1950kg; while as regards the batteries, you can choose between a model of <strong>47 KW\/ h with 3 battery modules for a range of 235 km and the other of 79KW\/h with 5 battery modules an autonomy up to 370 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Charging can be done up to a maximum of 50 kw in DC and up to 22 kw in AC.<br \/>\n<\/strong>The maximum speed reached is 100 km\/h.<\/p>\n<h2>SolarEdge Chief Executive Officer Zivi Lando commented on the news<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe are excited to be a part of this significant moment for Stellantis as they introduce an electric version of the very popular Fiat E-Ducato light commercial vehicle to the European market.
