Chinese manufacturer\u2019s modules are number one in bankability report for a third year running \u2013 an industry first.<\/p>\n
Trina Solar Limited has received a top rating in the latest annual module bankability<\/strong> report published by Bloomberg New Energy Finance.<\/p>\n With this latest report,\u00a0Trina Solar\u00a0is now the only module manufacturer to have been rated as fully bankable three times in a row by 100% of industry experts participating in the BNEF survey.<\/p>\n When assessing the bankability of a PV manufacturer, banks focus on the financial health of the company; the track record of its modules; and the manufacturer\u2019s warranties, according to survey participants. For its survey, Bloomberg NEF contacted banks, funds, EPCs, independent power producers (IPPs) and technical advisors worldwide representing an installed PV capacity of 29 GW. According to DNV GL, participating manufacturers are seeking third-party endorsement for their high-quality mindset.<\/p>\n
