{"id":38007,"date":"2016-10-30T12:00:47","date_gmt":"2016-10-30T11:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vpsolar.com\/en\/?p=35328"},"modified":"2021-12-20T15:22:04","modified_gmt":"2021-12-20T14:22:04","slug":"anniversary-for-steca-elektronik","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vpsolar.com\/en\/anniversary-for-steca-elektronik\/","title":{"rendered":"Anniversary for Steca Elektronik"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Allg\u00e4u electronics specialist <strong>Steca<\/strong> has every reason to be proud: the company\u2019s own factory in Bulgaria celebrated its tenth birthday in the middle of September.<\/p>\n<p>Ten very successful years, which people look back on with fond memories.<\/p>\n<p>The groundbreaking ceremony for the plant in Bulgaria was held in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Since then a lot has happened: the electronics experts from <strong>Memmingen<\/strong> are absolutely delighted with the extremely positive developments at the site in <strong>Bulgaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have every reason to be satisfied: the plant in Bulgaria has constantly grown since we launched production in 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New production<\/strong> and task areas have been added year for year, and the production areas in the building have already <strong>had to be extended<\/strong>,\u201d explained the three Steca Managing Directors, Peter and Michael Voigtsberger and Dr Gerald Katzler.<\/p>\n<p>The Steca story in Bulgaria reflects the overall economic development in the country and, in particular, its<strong> strategic importance<\/strong> for Bavaria.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday, Bulgaria is among the top 50 most important trade partners for Bavaria,\u201d said Katzler.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can still well remember how I stood here on the street with my father over eleven years ago, and we decided to build here on what was then swampy terrain,\u201d recalled Michael Voigtsberger in his thank you speech, in which he explicitly honoured the employees of the \u201cfirst hour\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The<\/strong> internal <strong>celebrations<\/strong> to mark the company anniversary were well received by the currently <strong>300 employees<\/strong> and their families.<\/p>\n<p>They celebrated well into the night and danced to traditional folk music.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steca<\/strong> is a leading manufacturing company about charger and inverter for off-grid photovoltaic applications.
